Expo gates in Marrakech and Casablanca back up fast; we stage chauffeurs 75 minutes before meetings and use satellite drop/pick points to keep principals on schedule.

Badges: collect credentials at hotel concierge the night prior; keep photocopies in-vehicle for GITEX Africa, SIAM Meknes, and OFEC Casablanca shows.
Arrival windows: target 09:00-09:30 entrances; avoid midday exits when Boulevard Al Massira or Route d’Ourika are gridlocked.
Meals: reserve Sofitel/Hyatt lounges or Palmeraie villas for private lunch meetings; car remains on standby for silent calls.
